Senior Vice President, Digital Strategy, and Chief Revenue Officer

Chris Cotnoir is Foreign Policy’s senior vice president of digital strategy and chief revenue officer. Chris joined FP in May 2012 and is responsible for leading all revenue functions including advertising, event sponsorship sales, and paid content, as well as leading FP’s marketing, product development, mobile, and operations teams. He has more than 16 years of publishing leadership experience across both print and online businesses in various capacities including operations, circulation, business development, marketing, and product development.
Prior to joining the FP Group, Chris spent more than 13 years at the Financial Times in various roles, most recently as vice president of cross-channel integration, responsible for securing digital partnerships and integrating those partnerships with its digital subscription model, building the digital subscription business, and seeking investment opportunities that supported the business strategy. Chris also ran the print business in North America for five years.
Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Syracuse University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
